Does My Computer have Bluetooth?


Actually all types of Mac computer and most of the Windows computer has built-in Bluetooth. Some desktop and older model of computers don’t have Bluetooth cards. You can find the Bluetooth in your computer following the steps:

On Windows computer:

  • Click the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner and type in Device Manager.
  • Then go to Device Manager option.
  • If you find here the Bluetooth heading then your computer has built-in Bluetooth. If you don’t see then there is no Bluetooth in your computer.

On Mac:

  • Click the Apple logo in the top-left corner. You can see a drop-down menu.
  • From the drop-down menu click About This Mac.
  • Click on System Report… Then a new window will open.
  • Now expand the Hardware option.
  • If you find here the Bluetooth heading then your Mac has built-in Bluetooth. If you don’t see then there is no Bluetooth in your Mac.
