How to Transfer Photos from iPhone to Computer?


Here we are going to describe how to transfer photos from iPhone to computer (Windows 10).

  • Firstly connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable.
  • The photos app should be launched automatically. If it doesn’t occur you can launch the app using the Start menu of the windows or using the search bar.
  • Then you have to click the import icon in the upper right corner of the app.
  • A pop-up will be displayed with the new photos.
  • Select the photos you need to import and click the Continue button.
  • The next pop-up will give you the option where you want to save your photos. Here a check box also displayed. Using the check box you can delete the imported items from the device after importing.
  • Click the import button.

Transfer photos from iPhone to computer (Windows 8.1):

  • You have to install the latest version of iTunes on your PC.
  • Connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable.
  • A pop-up on the iPhone asking you to Trust This Computer. Click Trust or Allow to continue.
  • Launch the app using the Start menu of the windows or using the search bar.
  • Then you have to click the import icon in the upper right corner of the app.
  • Select the device from which you want to import.
  • The app automatically searches and selects for all photos that hasn’t imported before. You can also swipe down on or click each photo you want to import or select Select all.
  • Click import.
